big problem with swap

ok, I am putting a B20 coupled to an S80 hydro from a 3rd gen LS, and my hatch came with an auto when i got it (great deal or it would have benn a stick) and I got the engine, tranny, starter, flywhelel, clutch, ECU, Harness, basically everything I need. I got the axles and intake manifold coming in the mail still, bu5t my biggest problem is the mounts.

the one from the ZC swapped over to the B20 without any problems(like I was told it would), but the tranny mounts dont come close to bolting up, I was told by someone (here on AF) that it is cuz I had an auto and they are different, so I figured that I needed to buy mounts for a stock 94 civcic manual, well I go to honda to buy the mopunts and all they got is pictures to point at, not even descriptions of where they go, so I asked if anyone there had done a swap that could help me and they told me they werent allowed to even talk about anything other than stock hyondas with me. so I went to VTR to ask and the guy there told me it didnt sound right about the mounts switching over, but a guy who will bre ther tomorrow should know.

I got a rear tranny mount for a 5th gen manual lined up for 30 bucks shipped, is it right? I dont wanna spend money if it aint what I need

2nd, mny tranny didnt come with the throw out fork, anybody got one for sale or know about how much acuras gonna rip me off for this part?

3rd, I went over my harness and found where all the sensors go but a few, does a manual tranny have sensors on it at all, cuz the auto I pulled had 2 plugs on it, which is where a couple of the plugs I dont know where they go, go. or did I get aharness from a auto? If so can I just not hook them up, there is also 4 plugs by the TB (besides the one on the injector harness) MAP, TPS, that thing the water goes through on the back of the intake manifold and then what, just leave it unpluggeed or will my integra manifold have 1 more sensor than my b20 one has? and my ECU i got from the same guy as harness is the P75 OBD1, but says on it P75 A51, does the A stand for auto or is it just a code for something else?

also about the harness, I was told I could leave the wires from ECU plugs to the engine harness plugs alone and just plug in my engine harness and ECU but my old harness had 3 plugs when it went to the ECU harness and the new engine harness has 4 plugs there.

4th, the distributor on the B20 has all 7 wires in one plug and the integra harness has 2 plugs, the one with the thick black/yellow and the thin blue, which are easy to know where they go, but anyone know what colors go to what colors on the ramaining 5 wires?

and the radiator from a 92+ prelude with the 2.3 is big enough to cool my crv right, it is like twice as thick, just as tall and over 2x as long. and where does the wiring form the radiator fan go to, it is plugged in but never went on before, I have cxhecked most the fuses, but the thing that says what they go to didnt come with my car, and I havent got a haynes yet, the schucks was out of them for my car when I went.

thanks for any help in advance
