we need to know more about what your goals are with the car. Most people upgrade to a 16g turbo. Remember your also going to need fuel mods to support that turbo. Fuel pump and injectors at the least and something to tune with.

If i get a 16g turbo i thought the normail fuel injectors were alright to stay with. If so will i see a big diffrence ??

You need 550cc injectors are minimum. And your not going to make 370hp with a 16g. Maybe around 300whp is a reachable goal on a 16g with a few mods

Manifold. Not "header" or "headerS". ;)
As mentioned above, more air needs more fuel, and both need a way to be tuned.
For a 16, I'd go 660s, AFPR, Walbro 255, ECMLink/chip from DSMChips. The chip will necessitate a logger.

That is a winning combo. Will be able to make some decent power from the bolt ons, all while being able to fine tune everything and monitor what's going on. All for a decent price as well. If you get the turbo used, be looking at under $1000 for sure.
Before you start modding... make sure the motor itself is in good shape. If the timing belt and all components haven't been replaced lately, do that first. Regular maintenance is needed on all cars before you start modding.
I hope the BOV is recirculated.
