3sx does have the no dash pull vents now. I heard they are still a pain in the ass to install. I'd like to replace my vents eventually.

My vents are cracked on both my SL and VR4 and proud of it. I don't plan on replacing it anytime soon. I take of my cars like they are my children as I have spent thousands on them even after I have bought them but that is something that does not concern me at the moment.

they're a good value, thats for sure...and they look good. My boost gauge gave me some problems and i ended up needing to send it back, but prosport has great customer service and replaced it without much hassle.
If i had to do it again, i'd still buy prosports. There are better gauges out there, but you just cant beat the price.

Well, I had somebody who owns a 90's Grand Prix with a n/a 3800 pushrod motor tell me that my VR4 is junk and that it is old technology compared to his FWD, V6 pushrod. I'll let that soak in for a bit.

EDIT: You can also ask him trivia on when the 3.8 started production
The answer is 1962.
Then you can ask him when Mitsu produced the first 3.0 TT and ask him how stupid feels when he finds out its almost 30 years newer tech.

I get messed with more often partly because I am on other boards that do not pertain to 3S's. I try to stay somewhat in-touch with other cars other than just my own. Often times when venturing to those other boards, you find people like this. That, and I seem to just attract this sort of thing. Maybe I am just one of the few that posts about it but it can get bad. Frankly, I could care less what anybody thinks of what I drive. I just like to share so you guys can get a kick out of it. It is people like this that make for the best people to put in their place anyway. They stick to their small mind-frame and next thing they know they are looking at our tail lights a few bus lengths ahead. It's all good. ;)

Yeah, they have been around forever. I had people come to my defense almost immediately though. It just always shocks me the stupidity of some people.

It is currently 6:40 am on Sunday June 28.
I have been awake since 9:30 am on Saturday June 27.
My back aches like a mother fucker, my hand is swollen and hurts like hell, and my legs are sore, but all in all I feel ok. I had a mini meet at my place today. Turned out pretty awesome.
I think we had 7 3s's, 2 DSM's, a Mustang, and a Ford truck. I think we had 13 people total. The last two guys were here LATE. Ryan didn't leave until around 2 and he had a 2 hour drive home and had to be at work at 7. Alex was here til 3:45 and had a 3 hour drive home. I offered him a couch to sleep on so he wasnt driving so tired but he refused.
We destroyed some pizza today.
I don't even know exactly why I am posting this. Maybe I am just trying to keep the thread active. Well that and I think I am trying not to sleep.

We went to concerts, white water rafting on a level that I probably should not have worked up to yet, and drank *fill in the blank* on the back porch next to a mountain stream. On top of that, it was generally in the low 60s with next to no humidity. Life is good. :D

you could use the dmv, but i'm not sure they'd give that info out like they do here in NJ
as for sl's car, i think just clear corners, the angle of the pic makes it look like he has a cove of some sort over the headlights to give it an aggressive angle

hey sl3000...i like ur pic, did u do something to ur headlights??
on the 2g cars you can "fill in" some of the hood that usually goes around the headlight to give it that look. I dont know what the mod is called but it does look mean from all angles. I've seen 2 cars with that done in person. If i had a 2g i would definitely do that.

yes, but it is something you can actually do.

And theres also a white stealth in my area with it done. Both have fiberglass hoods, but i see no reason why you couldn't do it with a metal hood if you have some metalworking skills.
