Is this a good deal?

I am replacing my suspension on my 91 GXE with Tokico struts and Suspension Techniques springs. I can get the Tokicos for $309 + $23 s/h (http://www.shox.com) and the Suspension Techniques for $159.95 + $35 s/h (http://www.maccar.com/stsus.html). Are these good prices or are there lower ones around? Thanks.
