I think it looks really good! But for some reason it kinda looks like it lacks some detail but it looks great!:D

Nice project, i've always fancied doing a charger.

So what have u had to do to the original D.o.H kit?

There's alot of stuff. Here we go.
1st-The rims were changed to 5-spoke krager rims keeping the stock wheels.
2nd-The front bumper peice had to be cut to make one continuous opening then filled with a new grille, then 4 clear lenses had to be cut which were then foiled on the back(yet to be added). Same was done with the rear bumper.
3rd-The interior was covered completely with sheet styrene because there is no interior or back seats. Only one seat is in the one on the movie but the kit supplied one is not right. I found one in my parts box and used it instead.
4th-For the engine, i built up most of the motor leaving the manifold off and the belts/alternator. Found a blower unit and belt and added them to the engine then put on the kit supplied one with alternator and fan. To get the fan to fit, I had to cut the bottom near the front and flip the radiator panel around. I think thats abut it. I'll post more pics as I go along. Ask to see some of these modifications and i'll try to post some.

Charger looks great.

Great job but you could have saved yourself a whole lot of trouble by using the Revell Dick Landy '68 Charger. The movie car was a '68. The actual wheels are American Racing "Daisies" available in the AMT '63 Chevrolet Impala SS kit. You deserve a lot of credit because you've done well :D

I need some help. Does anyone know what some of these components are on the engine? And do the spark plug wires go into the valve cover or off to the side above the exhaust manifolds?

The plugs should go into the heads.
The blue piping looks like they may be fuel lines coming from some sort of fuel regulator.

Heres some new pics. Quality isn't so good though. Engine is still not wired but will soon be. Grille now has 4 lights. Underside was weatered. Almost done with it. Then its off to the local model show.
