Window alignment tips

Hey all
To make a long story short, my wife and I accidently locked our 5 month old daughter in my PA! It was around 4 pm and in about 101 degree S. TX weather, so my only resort was to bust my front passenger window out. When I transfered my rear window into a new door, I finished the project (including replacing the whole entire door and panel) in less than 2 hours, that being my first time attempting such a project. This time doesn't seem to be so easy. I've got the "new" window (which came out of a 92' LeSabre) and regulator assembly in place, and the window is aligned in the track. However when rolled up, the side facing the front of the car slides out and over the rubber. My friend had to firmly press on the glass to keep it aligned properly. I've already loosened the adjustable bolts where the bottom of the glass attaches to the regulator, and tried sliding the glass around that way with no luck. I also tried adjusting the long window track bar located behind the regulator assembly..
If anyone has had this problem and/ or knows a quick way to solve it, the info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Well I got the window aligned today with a friend of mine. To anyone here who may need to replace/ remove a window, check out your vertical window track (metal bar with grooved felt in between for the window to slide through) My window wasn't aligned properly because the felt was badly worn towards the top. This allowed the window to lift up and out of alignment by only about 1/8 of an inch, and by the time I had the window rolled all the way up, it was way off! If yours is worn like this (mine was also badly rusted...South Texas weather will do that!) getting a "newer" one at the boneyard may not be a bad idea! I don't think it really makes a difference, but if you're a 100% perfectionist and want to keep your car all original looking, note what glass your car has (my 92' PA has "EZ KOOL" and the glass off the 92' LeSabre I got is "Soft Ray") As far as I can tell, they are both tinted the same.
