S13 red top, black top, wtf top

I was just wondering what the diff. is between the S13 red top and the S13 black top. I've been looking around and noticed that a front clip for the black top is about 400 more.

The S13 black top is the same thing as the S13 redtop but just a newer version. there is nothing different about it, it will just be newer if you bought one of those compared to the redtop. the S13 redtop's came in:
the 91-93 180SX and the 91-93 Silvia
the S13 blacktop's came in:
the 94-96 180SX

if the s13 red top and the s13 black top the same then why dose the 95 and 96 have them and there hp is higher ? so its not the same then rite ????
