Very nice car! I´ve just realized that it´s a Civic VTi sedan instead of a hatchback. :D We didn´t get this VTi over here so it´s the first one I see on a picture. :)

Hey veetec, you sure that Germany didn't get a sedan VTi? Holland also had them, so

Hey veetec, you sure that Germany didn't get a sedan VTi? Holland also had them, so  Actually we had two kinds of sedans. One which was looking the same like Vitinho´s. The biggest engine available for this version was a 1.5i SOHC VTEC with 115hp. The other one had a totally different exterior design and the biggest engine available for it was a 1.8i DOHC VTEC with 169hp. This one used to be our Civic VTi sedan.

HI,

The VTi you are talking about is the 5 door sedan. It was made in UK and distributed in Europe with a B18B engine (1.8 with 169 bhp). Mine is the a 4 door sedan with 1.6 dohc vtec and 160 bhp (while it was stock ;)).

We have a lot of those 5 doors here in Portugal.

Love the car Vitinho :D You don't see too many 4 doors done up nicely and yours looks great.

I didn't know you could get the 1.6 DOHC VTEC for the 4 door. You're very lucky to have this.

Are there any other collors ??? :silly2: (just jokking ;))
I like this color very much but there is a drawback, its only nice after you wash the car because 24 hours latter its durty again , well you can't have it all I guess !!!

Regarding the rims, I'm not going for bigger rims, I found out a coupple os months a go that the car perform better with the stock rims then with the other (lighter ;)). These OZ are very nice to look at but on the performance side they are very heavy, thats why I'm selling them. I tryed 16" and also 17" and for cornering in all kind of surface, the 15" win (faster and safer as well). On the other hand, I want to improve the disks diameter to get less brake fade (I only had one scary moment but that was enough for me), but I think that with 295 disk I can still keep the 15" rims. I only need to find that setup (any sugestions ??).

Now you ask, why did you bought them ?
Well, I decide to change the tires on the car and I boght 205/50/15" and with the stock rims (15"x6") the car gain some stability problems. The rim was floating on the tire because the tire was much wider then the rim. Imagine going in the high at 180 or 200, with side wind the car was going unstable due to that (felt like I was going on a boat) and I didn't like at all that feelling. Then I decided to go for these OZ Volcanos that are 15"x7" and the problem was solved but the car lost some performance because of the weight. After trying both the setup's I decide to keep the original one (you really don't need any bigger tires, just need a better ones :D) and I can corner even faster then with the wider tires :D.

Thats it falks,
