Check out these pics, but dont be to fussy on the setup. I still have to tidy up a bit. To view click on each of the below

:flash:
The install was a little tricky but with a few precise cuts and bangs anything is possible.
So what do you think? Before the intercooler was installed the dyno reads around a 40% increase from previous so around 280+Hp. We are hoping now with the cooler temp we can add a little more timing.
(MDPLUM refers to my business);)

I'm looking at those pics now, and DAMN! #1- Where the hell is the radiator? #2- What displacement Eaton are you using? #3- WHy use an Eaton instead of a turbo?

I'ts entirely possible you've answered these and morequestions in previous posts, but this is my first look at the system. So specifically I am looking for reason why you went with the Eaton, how well you think it'll do next to the exhausdt manifold, and why you decided to do all this instead of a simple turbo in the first place. Cheers!

Well for a start the radiator is a Civic VTIR type about 75 - 80% of water volume to a standard Prelude (and cools great) the same with the condensor.
The blower is out of a Toyota 2lt which I paid $400 AUS or $200 US for.
It is electromagnetic so when cruising down the freeway I can switch it off.
There are no turbo kits in Oz for the lude, so price wise I have saved about $3000 AUS or $1500 US Plus no EPA for Turbo exhuast emmisions.
The exhaust is covered in extractor rap so the temp is down plus I have put sheilding around the inlet to prevent the radiation heat.
I have been running on 6PSI for the last 3months and it goes fine.;)

Why the fingers when I have done something good. I would hate to see what you would think of something bad.

All preludes need blowing. Quick add ons amount to nothing really. Vtec is good but Vtec plus boost, thats a completely different storie.

peace honda freaks. :flash:
