Here's a little info for anyone who wants to build their own front end.
I've found that the Accord (91) front kit fits the P10 very well.
The best way to get the closest fit (without major modification) is to
buy one that is square.
This list covers everything you need to make a one-piece front end:
Dremel w/cutting bit (Rotozip works even better)
#40, #80 grit sand paper
C-clamps (if attaching grill to kit)
Fiberglass resin (with chopped strand)
4 bendable (aluminum bars)@18 inches long
2 bars@10 inches
6 sets of 1 inch bolts, locknuts, large washers
A resporator
Start by removing your stock front end and grill. Once removed compare the top bumper lip to the kits lip. Use the Dremel to cut off any tabs or protrusions that won't let the kit fit snug. (It's snug when the fender-lines match the kits lines) My B.W. kit required that the vents below the headlights be cut back 2 inches because of clearance problems with front bumper.
Buying a kit with large front-vents will cause lots of extra work unless you want to remove your front bumper. (not recommended)
Any imperfections or mistakes can be filled in using fiberglass. Try to mix small quantities at a time. That way you wont get stuck trying to apply dry resin. (the better the kit's match to the stock bumper the less mess)
Once the bumper slides on and fits snug it should be proped up in place. Step back and take a minute to look at all the body lines. If everything is satisfactory pop your grill back in. (search the forum if you want info on customizing the grill)
Take a black marker and trace the line at the bottom of your grill exactly onto the top of the kit. Now remove your grill and rough up the bottom with #40 grit. You will also need to remove the kit and rough up the top of it. Run a strip of tape in front of the grill on the kit, this way the surrounding area won't accidentaly get sanded on.
Next place your grill on top of your kit and center it on the line. Make sure everything looks right. Get your clamps ready start mixing some fiberglass(strand). Goop some glass on the bottom of the grill and attach it to its spot on the kit. Use your clamps to smash the two together. Any excess resin oozing out can be wiped away. Give it at least a couple of hours before unclamping.
Your almost done :ylsuper
After removing the clamps the kit should fit your p10 nicely.
Note: if you are using a OEM grill you will need to cut the 4 plastic snaps off
Use the bars to make supports for the kit. The 4 long ones are for front and bottom/side support. The 2 ten inch bars are to be connected at the stock bracket on the bottom front of the fender, and attached to the inner fender of the kit. To do this it will need to be bent in the shape of an "L". With this setup I noticed absolutly no flex in my kit.
Sorry about the lack of pic's, i'll post bracket pics when I get my digicam back.
Well I hope this helps. If theres any info you think I missed, tell me.

If you want a easier custom one piece front end for the p10, just do what I did
Buy
Stillen Front bumper (for 99+p11)
Cut
stock bumper 2-3 in. down (a little above stock side marker lights)
Mold
stillen bumper to upper portion of stock bumper (various adhesives)
prime and paint
Requires no modification to stillen bumper
Pics have been posted on here a few times.

I would like to see your project when completed, it sounds like it will be pretty unique.

My front end has been on my car for about 6 months now. Other projects include a one-piece Altima front kit using the Stillen lip (shaved bodyline, lip-kit,turn signals, and 91 Integra clear corners). Molds were made of both, so I can make as many copies as I want.
I am not sure about the rear end of the P10, but I'll find out.

I went out a purchased a 90-93 big mouth front bumper for an Accord. I have my G20 bumper removed and need to campare the stock bumper to the new one. In your instructions you state "Once removed compare the top bumper lip to the kits lip".
Do you match the stock bumper to the inside of the new one or to the outside?
You also warned not to purchase a kit with large front vents. Would this include the Big mouth?
IF could you provide any additonal details or pic it would be helpful.
PS what about the rear bumper?

Don't put one bumper inside the other, try to recreate the stock bumperline on the kit. If done right you will be able to slide the kit underneath the headlights, and have little/no gap problems.
Big Mouth can work, you might have alot of shaving to do. A good idea is to just run mesh and paint your crash-bumper black.
Heres the line you want to achieve.

First of all thanks for all the help. I got very close to matching the fender lines yesterday. But I still have a few questions:
1. How are you attaching\securing the bumper?
2. Could you provide more details about attaching the grill.
3. Did you have to cut away the small lip on top of the accord
bumper to aline the grill?
4. Did you consider molding the small plastic inserts under the
headlights?
5. Any recommendations on modifying the rear bumper?
6. I could also use your input on how to modify and attach M3 style side
skirts from a 90-93 Accord.
Thanks

1. Look at my original post, check the list of parts. If that doesn't help, tell me. I'm trying to edit some pic's with pointers.
2. 1st work on getting the kit to fit right. If the kit fits right, then the stock grill can be snapped in without any molding.
3. I did have to cut the tabs.
4. No, copying the stock bodyline was easier.
5. I'm unemployed right now, and trying to do a major engine swap with no cash. So I don't have time to work on the rear, but I really want to start on one.
6. How much are you spending on making the skirts? There are some pretty nice ones on the market.
Keep the questions coming, I'll answer them the best I can.

Cool thanks for the reply and I hope you find a job soon....
I decided not the mold the grill to the bumper. I have a few ideas of how to secure it know but pics would help.
I am in the process of getting the rear splitters from AreoTech in NZ thru GRUNTER. I am looking at about $100.
I ended up pruchasing a set of M3 style side skirts for an Accord. (used M3 Style Skirts were a $115) They will not be a perfect match but close enough.
I should be able to install them with little to not trouble. All I need to do is cut about 3" off the rear end and re-install the cap.
I plan to secure them by scewing them to the inner door sill. I'll post pic's when I am done..

All you have to worry about is the top edge (under the grill), and how deep any vents are in the Accord kit.
If you go out and buy the copycat corner-store knockoff kit all bets are off. These kits hardly ever fit the car they were intended for.
Rear bumper is still uknown, maybe the guy with the mismatched custom kit G20 will know.
(Accord rear is as good of a guess as any)

Fiberglass can be heated, I've been told even a hair dryer can sometimes heat it enough to bend.

I did heat up the bumper up a little using a heat gun. I'm not sure it did anything. The bumper is from a 90-93 accord as well as the side skirts.
There was a lot of cutting and grinding and shaving involved to get the bumper on. It's not perfect but it's different. I just have to add wire mesh to the cut out and mount the bumper to finish. On the side skirts,
I had to cut about 3" off. I grind away fiberglass until I kinda matched the stock body line. Once again, it's not perfect but close enough.

Yes, I got hit in the about a month ago, it damaged the rear bumper and front fender. Yes, there are gaps in the pic's but nothing was bolted on when I took the pic's. When I am done there should be little to no gaps.
My G will be getting a full makeover just as soon as I am done with the kit. It will be getting a new Black paint job and new interior,

You need to grind\cut away fiberglass near the front\rear fender sill to match the G20 body line. The skirts are not a direct fit. Good luck on you Kit. My only advise is measure 5 times and cut once..... It will save you a lot of time and $$ not having to repair you scew ups.

for the side skirts, you just mounted them over the "stock skirts" (not really skirts but im just talking about the side)? you didnt cut any of the metal or part of the car right? you said you didnt have side caps, arent you going to re-fiberglass so it does? how are you going to mount the sides, screws or just bondo/fiberglass it on?

you didnt cut any of the metal or part of the car right? No cutting of any stock parts....
you said you didnt have side caps, arent you going to re-fiberglass so it does? No, not a big deal to me... Plus the car was painted black you can't even tell.
how are you going to mount the sides, screws or just bondo/fiberglass it on? I scewed the side skirts to the body via the door sill.
I'll post pix's as soon as I put it back together.

Note: if you are using a OEM grill you will need to cut the 4 plastic snaps off
why would you cut the 4 plastic holders in? what is going to hold the top part of the bumper and grill? wouldnt you want to keep the 4 holders for extra support?
