Please Help me Quickly (condensor o-ring)

I need to know the size of the condensor o-ring I need to get for my 97 grand prix gt (mechanic is replacing it this afternoon). If theres not a correct answer just estimate and I will get a variety bag.

Re: Please Help me Quickly (condensor o-ring)

AC o-rings are a special type of rubber, so not just any old o-ring asst would work. Even from the dealer they're not that expensive, so I'd go that route to be sure you get the right size. It would be cheap insurance against leaks and the expense of recharging your system after the refrigerant leaks out.

X2. Dont throw a regular O-ring in there. Truthfully, the mechanic should already have a variety of AC-system compatible o-rings.

Call your local dealer, he can look it up-give you the GM number and the a/c delco number-and then you can buy it wherever a/c delco parts are sold-..
