Angry 2000 vr6 cooling fans not working, HELP

have no idea what this is, first off the fans were coming on as soon as the ignition was turned on and with the car not started, then the a/c went out and cooling fans were not working at all, went from 190 to 260. the electric water pump not working. now to the replaced items.... replaced the temp sensor, thermostat housing, thermostat, electric water pump, fan control module, fan control switch, water pump was replaced a year ago. since the replaced items the electric water pump works and the thermostat is working correctly, no a/c no fans..... jumped the fan switch and the wires are in a inverted triangle plug the one on the top left(12V) to the bottom fans come on, jumped to the other & nothing. the fuses on the battery are not blown or melted, none of the ones in the car are blown. is there any relays under the dash that are related to this? does anyone have anything else that i have not tried?

so the fans dont work at all ehh.. If you jumped the temp switch in the radiator and the fans kicked on then the switch is bad.
