2004 odyssey headlights discharge battery fast!!!

I have a 2004 honda odyssey with 69000 miles. recently I have noticed on about 4 occasions, if I leve the headlights on for a matter of mins, the battery is dead. I know I'm not supposed to and it generally will kill the battery, but this is different. if the headlight stay on it is fine, but I believe it has a switch that will turn that lights off that may be shorting. If they are left on for a few mins and I come back to the vehicle the headlights will be off and a breaker will be clicking (tripping) in the relay panel over and over. Bang the battery is drained. where can I find this swithch so I can replace it? Any other ideas?>
