95 Grand Prix Thumping noise from rear
1995 Grand Prix with the 3.1 liter. It has a thumping noise coming from the passenger rear tire area. Seems to thump faster the faster the car is going. Local mechanics can't seem to figure it out. They thought it possibly was the belt in the tire but that wasn't it. Any thoughts?

Did they check the rear strut mounts, stabilizer bar mounts and end bushings?
IF they are not familiar with this car, did they check the transverse leaf spring ends for worn end cushions?
