'94 JGC Laredo Crankshaft Position Sensor Bolt Size

Hello...I am having the honor of TRYING to change out my CPS in my '94 JGC Laredo with 4.0 Litre engine. .I have a couple of feet of socket extensions BUT I cannot get the bolt loose...Is it a 7/16 " ? ..I tried various sizes...I saw that size memtioned in another post...ALSO, I have a 4 WD....That makes it harder to get at bolt since axle/differential in way.I am thinking of getting it on jackstands. .Does anyone have the best procedure for this?...Again, it is a '94 JGC Laredo with Auto-4WD and 4.0 Litre engine...Thanks,Pete

So, I should go out and buy a KIA? ...You may have something there ....Anyone been through this?.....Or, at least the bolt size?.... ......Thanks again, Pete

I just pulled my CPS off of a 93 - 4L Grand Cherokee. 2-11mm bolts.

Pete, I just changed out my CPS (on a '95 4.0L). It was a 7/16" bolt, and it took me about 18-20" of wobbler extentions and a swivel at the socket heat to get it off. I don't know if the '94 is the same as the '95, but mine had only one bolt holding the sensor in place.
