To everyone who has Kamikaze's on their ride; I realize that the headers have the 2 1/2 inch outlet. Does this mean you had to re-do the rest of the exhaust as well?
Also, is anyone running the hi-flow cat, and how easy is the install? I went to their site, but it won't let me have the contact info. If someone would hook me up, that would be great. Thanks in advance for any help. Junior |

I don't have one, but I know people who do. No, you don't have to change the whole exhaust. At most you'll have to change the gasket between the downpipe and the cat.
I know two people who ran it with a test pipe, but I don't know anyone running high flow cats at present.

Kamikaze headers? I guess u just mean headers from engine to turbo?
U wouldnt need to get a new exhaust but why wouldnt u? Headers will make very little difference compared to a 3" straight off turbo which would include front pipe, 3" CAT and exhaust and muffler. Best is just to go to an exhaust place and ask for 3" all the way, then u can supply ur own Eg APEXi muffler or something. N1 is good. |

No, I DON'T have a turbo, silly. I'm just asking anyone who has kamikaze headers on their ride if they had to re - do their exhaust because of the headers 2 1/2" outlet.
I was looking to see if anyone had their phone # b/c the site doesn't want to give up that info. I want new headers so my motor can breath easier when I get my new intake and axle - back exhaust when I get back home. Junior. |

For the record, everyone I know who has bought a header (regardless of brand, but including Kamikaze) has been very pleased with the gains. I wouldn't believe the 25hp dyno claim as far as I could throw my car, but everyone's liked them so far.
