windshield wiper
Hello
The intermittent wiper only works 1/3 the way before stopping right dab smack in the middle of the windshield! the slow & fast modes work fine, is this something that can be fixed by me/owner? how difficult is this to fix on a scale of 1-10? Any & all advice welcome & appreciated, thanks....
