After nearly a year of work, sweat and tears, I finally managed to finish my Cobra. I placed 4th in the
national championship.

I just finished reading your build a little while ago. Lots of time in this one, lol. As it is kind of your first I say that this is a great Cobra!!! You managed to get a shine on there like a pro! Great job and congratulations of placing. That makes it all the more worthwhile.

Yes, I missed the third place by three points (of 100). And if I had more time, I would correct the small
mistakes that cost me at least three points.

The build took me so long because I lost the enthusiasm for this build - i didn't want her to take a bath
in the brake fluid. So the original hood / body are still waiting for better times along with brand new chassy
and engine.
