As Simpson was led in handcuffs into a Las Vegas jail Sunday, onlookers yelled, "Guilty!" and "No Johnny to save you this time, O.J.!"

Thirteen years after being charged with the murders of Brown Simpson and Goldman, Simpson was arrested Sunday on two counts of robbery with a deadly weapon, two counts of burglary with a firearm, assault with a deadly weapon and conspiracy to commit burglary.

The Clark County district attorney told The Associated Press that he expected Simpson to be charged with seven felonies and one gross misdemeanor. If convicted of the charges, Simpson could face up to 30 years in state prison on each robbery count alone.

OJ's book "If I Did It" is number 2 on amazon's bestseller list but too bad he won't be seeing a dime from the sales.

Also, it could be a setup but an audiotape surfaced about the alleged robbery. I guess he still believes he is above the law.

On a tape that surfaced in US media reports on Monday, a man identified as Simpson could be heard angrily confronting two dealers of sports memorabilia, who claim they were robbed at gunpoint by Simpson and a gang of associates.

"Think you can steal my shit and sell it?" the man purported to be Simpson is heard to say after telling his associates: "Don't let nobody out of here!"

Several unidentified voices are heard barking aggressive, expletive-laden demands at the victims of the heist, Alfred Beardsley and Bruce Fromong.

Fromong meanwhile told ABC's "Good Morning America" on Monday how Simpson and his associates had stormed into his hotel room.

"The door burst open and they came in commando style, O.J. Simpson and some of his people, I guess you would call it, with guns drawn," Fromong said.

"The thing in my mind as soon as I saw him, I'm thinking, 'O.J., how can you be this dumb?'"

I've been waiting for this to appear on af. Its been my favorite news story since friday OJ is a joke of a man. I swear he's being paid to do this just so the made for tv movie will be better. Have you guys heard the tape of the robbery? Its freakin hillarious. Some reporters tried to interview him (before he was arrested) and all they got was OJ whistling "If I Only Had A Brain" from Wizard of Oz

From what I hear though, those tapes have been edited, meaning he may not be responsible for some of the charges.

He got off on something he did do, but may be convicted of some things he didn't do. Irony!

………………..Clark County prosecutors on Tuesday added new charges of conspiracy to commit kidnapping and kidnapping with a deadly weapon to robbery, conspiracy and burglary charges against Simpson and three other men. He was to be arraigned Wednesday and is also scheduled to have a hearing on whether he can be released on bail…………………….

And the Goldmans are looking to get as much as they can out of him. Good for them; more power to 'em.

………………………..Cook says he wants all of the memorabilia that belonged to Simpson and was part of the incident Thursday at the Palace Station casino hotel. He says Simpson has not paid the bulk of the civil judgment.

Rosenberg gave Cook a week to produce a list of items that police say were taken from the hotel and to prove they are Simpson’s.

Cook has said Simpson is wealthy, citing a 2003 tax form indicating income of $400,000 from pensions for his NFL, TV and movie work and a stock account worth more than $2 million, the Associated Press reported.

Cook said he was hired by Goldman to keep track of Simpson’s income, including his appearances at trade shows where he may make money on memorabilia. Recently Cook obtained the income rights to a book Simpson coauthored, released under the title “If I Did It: Confessions of the Killer.”

“We struck gold on the book,” Cook said. “It’s selling well.”

I believe OJ owes the Goldmans the better portion of $33 million. His smartestmove was going to Florida where they couldn't touch his assets (through whatever legal loophole)

Yeah, you have to like the way they attached the proceeds from the book.

Maybe we should all go out and buy a copy of the book to help out the Goldmans, and then burn them in a big bonfire in front of OJ's house (or maybe it will have to be his jail cell).

There’s a lot of haggling over what OJ does or doesn’t have.

…….. In court in Santa Monica, Goldman attorney Cook accused Simpson of "sitting on a treasure trove of sports memorability" while ignoring the multimillion-dollar judgment.
But both Cook and Simpson lawyer Ronald Slates said they had no idea what the items were, and Slates argued it was unclear whether Simpson really owned any of them.
"I need to know more," the judge told Cook. He gave him a week to come up with a list of the memorabilia items Cook said he was sure he could easily obtain from Nevada authorities.
Cook also filed a new request to get Simpson's watch, which he described as a Rolex Submariner that he saw the former football star wearing in a photo featured on the celebrity Web site TMZ.com. Such watches sell for $5,000 or more, he said.
The judge told Cook it was his responsibility to obtain the watch and have it appraised and he set an Oct. 16 hearing to determine whether the watch would be exempt from the judgment. ….

Maybe the judge thinks he should take it from OJ by force, with a group of guys with guns?
