99 Trailblazer fob prob

I have looked everywhere, can someone please tell me
how to reprogramm the keyless fobs for a 1999 Trailblazer?
The one that came with the car (just bought) dont work.
GM/UTA 15732805, FCC id: KOBUTIBT.

Nevermind, the control box was unplugged, plugged it back in.....works now.
