1987 culass supreme 307

does anybody know?where exactly are the freeze out plugs located at on the block? As soon as i pour water in the radiator its coming out right above the oil filter? i cant find much information on them.

Welcome to AF. They are along the sides of the block, have you gotten under there, they are not hidden.
