I'm not surprised at how realistic that engine is. Typical work from you, I can only imagine what the rest of this model will be like. Did you make the alternator bracket or is it a kit part?

Re: 67' Plymouth GTX

Thanks Guys!
Here it is after some paint.
The BMF that’s on it now I applied before I painted, next up is some clear coat then I can finish up the rest of the trim.

Re: 67' Plymouth GTX

Once again your BMF work astounds me... I guess you don't do ALL of it under the paint? Is there any reason you choose to do the window trim afterward?

FWIW, I found it my problem was that I was using really old, worn out BMF that had lost its adhesive, and also a dull knife. A new sheet and new knife later and I'm doing good BMF again!

This colour looks awesome, what is it?

Re: 67' Plymouth GTX

My BMF sucks, but it's probably John's problems.

Wow, I love how that orange looks on that car.
Keep it up!

Re: 67' Plymouth GTX

wow thats some great work on the bmf. How do you remove the paint from the foil so precisely. What is your technique if you dont mind? Great job on the paitn as well. I believe I have never ever seen a GTX in that colour!
