Front Strut Bushings?

Car is 97.5 Regal GS. I recently changed my struts to Monroe Sensatrac. I later found there are bushings at the top of the strut tower, that i did not replace. I looked at them and they are cracked and soft. Can i change these bushings w/o taking the strut out again? How many bushings are there? I can see 2 up top.

The only way to change the upper strut mount, bushings and load bearing is to remove the strut. So it will need to be removed and you'll need a strut spring compressor tool. Plus, the coil spring itself has an upper and lower cushion.

The upper strut mount, bushing and load bearing is circled in red in the pic below which is a strut job I did on a Regal:
