fuel pressure regulator

So I got a aftermarket regulator from a junk yard and when trying to hook it up it doesn't make sense there is the vacuum hose, the port for the gauge... Then to other port for hoses i thought there was supposed to be only one. one is on the side the other is on the bottom were you can adjust the pressure. How would i go about hookin this up or did they give me the a regulator for a diffrent app.Can somebody here help walk me through how to set it up. All I need is this and install my fuel pump and I can throw in my turbo YAY
