looking at buying '98 Dakota 80,000 miles

so i found this 98 dakota at a lot with 80,000 miles on it. its a sport std cab, 2wd, manual locks and windows. they want $5,000 for it. they siad thats as low as they will go. do u think this is a decent price or should i see if i can get down more due to manual doors and a ding in the tail gate? i haven gotten time to test drive yet just to sit in it and look at it. interior is mint except for it may need the mats to be cleaned. thanks for your time.
