2003 Cavalier Thermostat

I tried looking, but can't seem to find where the Thermostat is located on my 2003 Cavalier? Its has the 2.2 ECOTEC Engine

Anyone point me in the right direction

Thanks

Your thermostat is inside a housing attached to the back of the water pump below the exhaust manifold.

for future reference, always follow the upper radiator hose to the engine. always enters the thermostat housing.

It seems that the ECOTEC Engine does things a little different, The Upper Rad hose connects to the top left side (Front) of the Engine, The Thermostat is in the Rear connected to the Water Pump as The First Reply to this thread indicated.
