1993 Villager will not start.
Does any one know why my 1993 engine will not start. I have checked the battery and can get power to the Solenoud and the starter motor and it will start but only if I put a battery-charger power-booster on. There is a clicking noise (when I do get it turning over while I am attmepting the start it), in a black box at the left rear of the engine compartment (looking into the engine from the front). The solenoid is not clicking.
Is there a relay or something else between the ignition starter switch and the solenoid? I am presuming the the Starter Switch (per the Haynes manual) is the ignition key? |

Re: 1993 Villager will not start.
Do you have an alarm. Have you checked your battery terminals to see if they arer loose. You need to give a clearer picture here. Start with that and post again.
