Starter solenoid wire

Hi, I am looking for the name of a wire on the starter solenoid. It splits off before the solenoid and one wire goes to a plug on the block and the other to the solenoid. I need to replace this whole wire (the plug is fried too) and can't find it any where! (Driving me nuts!) I don't know what it goes to, but it's not the one that goes directly to the battery. Please help!!!! It's a 1999 GMC Sierra 3500 (k3500), 7.4l V8. After the dealer told me it would cost $200 to put in a simple new battery to solenoid wire, I don't want to ask them!
