The temp gauge in my cuttlas 93 is stuck all the way to SUPER Hot! Even though the car has been sitting at rest all night. Sometimes it drops all the way for a while. I checked the coolant temp sensor below the thermostat and it is more than fine, the fan will start if the car is accelerated for a while and stop if idled for another while. So, I guess my question is:
Where is the sensor that controls the temp gauge? Is there an engine temp sensor? Where is this black magic comming from??? Thanks in advanced Last edited by mfarell; 09-23-2005 at 04:35 PM. |
