TIA for your help.

Open the hood and look on the top of the lightbar assembly. There are some screws and plastic screwpins. The screwpins have to be unscrewed ( only the inside of the top) to get them off. Once they are pulled up then remove the whole plug. Also remove the screws on the outer edge if you have them. They all might be plastic screwplugs. Then lift a little and tilt the assembly forward. You will now be able to reach the turn sockets on the rear of the assembly. They turn just like sidemarker lights on other model cars and trucks. You will see the bulb in the socket and you will see the plastic is burned/melted a little. That is b/c the bulbs get very HOT. Clean up the socket and remove bad bulb. The new bulbs are expensive for a small bulb. I think I remember them being about $6 a bulb. DO NOT TOUCH THE BULB WITH YOUR BARE FINGERS. Use a smooth rag to install the new bulbs. After installed in socket wipe the bulb with the cloth to get any oiks left on them from your hands. They are Halogen Bulbs and will burn out fast if oils or finger prints are left on them. Install back in assembly. Then install assembly and install all plastic plugs and or screws. DONE DEAL....Back in service.

Re: Front Light Bar Question

An option to replacing the expensive #2040 halogen bulbs in the light bar is to modify the sockets to accept the less expensive #194 bulbs. Click on the following link on how to do it. http://abra.homestead.com/villager3.html
