engine swap problem

so in my 73 mustang it had a 351C and i bought a pretty nice 351W to swap in. sure enough, we get ready to drop the 351 W in and the oil pan was different so the engine wont sit in the moter mounts. that just sucked.

Re: engine swap problem

Maybe, you have to buy a special oil pan and headers for the swap...just like you do in a fox?
