2003 Grand Prix Towing capabilities

I was just wondering if it is possible to tow 1 or 2 sea doos with a 2003 Grand Prix. I'm pretty sure the maximum towing weight is only 1000 which wouldn't be enough to tow a couple of sea doos. Let me know!! Thanks!!

I wouldn't take the chance unless you don't mind eventually paying for a tranny overhaul. Owner's manual says up to max of 1000 lbs (1/2 ton). You'd have to add a tranny oil cooler and there is no guarantee the 4T65E tranny will hold up without suffering damage which may not show until later. Sounds like the trailer alone might weigh up to 1000 lbs.
