Steering Wheel Jerking
I have a 2000 Accord EX. At first i noticed it only jerked when i was coming out of a turn, now it has progressed to jerking when ever i turn the steering wheel. It's not a shaking, it's almost like it is catching on something, but it does it all the time. Fluids are fine. Just looking for a little help here. Thanx

Re: Steering Wheel Jerking
You mean like the power assist is dropping out and catching, something like that? Or the car is actually pulling?
A worn seal or spool valve in the rack can cause power steering "dropouts" under demand, and a front hub bearing on a FWD car can seize momentarily and yank the steering in that direction, but that's very rare and shouldn't be occuring on a car that new.

Sorry, Took So Long To Get Back. If It The Rack Shouldn't It Be Leaking Power Steering Fluid? Also I Have Noticed When I Start It In The Morning The Power Steering Pump Squeels A Little Bit, But After About 2 Min That Stops. Is There Some Chance That It Is Just The Power Steering Pump??

As far as the other question, not always. A rack can bleed pressure internally to the point it can't operate correctly without leaking externally, just like an auto tranny.
