Check and make sure your spark plug wires are completely on all the way. Both on the distributor cap and connected properly to the spark plugs. If they are loose, then that would be the cause of your mis-fire. So, just make sure they are on tightly and secure.

Check your distributor then. Or make sure your spark plugs are tightened as well, but I'm sure you may have done that as well. Although, you may have to gap your spark plugs. I don't know though. Doesn't sound like a problem I'm too familiar with.

As long as they are gapped properly that shouldn't cause too much of a problem if there weren't. If you have tightened down your spark plugs, and you made sure your plug wires are hooked properly, then you should check with your distributor next. Just out of curiousity, did you hook up your plugs and wires exactly the same way you took them off or did you just throw them back on without matching them back to order? If I remember correctly, you have to put everything back in order properly. I don't know and I'm not quite sure about that either.
