I'm looking for dimensioned plans for conversion motor mounts. Buick 3.8 V-6 to CJ5. I know I can purchase conversion mounts but I am a true DIYer! Thanks.

Quote:
The 3.8 that you are planing to use is it from a front wheel drive buick, they use a different housing which are hard to find. Contact advance adapters at www.advanceadapters.com they can help you. i've got a jeep v/6 in my 59 cj5 reworked its about 245 hp. runs real well. try to stay up past mid- 77and later. 78 and up have the high port cylinder heads and bigger valves. questions holler dale [email protected] |

Re: Buick V-6 to CJ motor mounts - Need plans
Thanks Dale. I'm using a '79 from a RWD. I'm working on a very low budget so I'm trying to fabricate as much as I can myself.
