99 APV 3.2 - Tranny "trailering"?
Hi folks,
I have a 92 APV van 3.1, bought a year ago and has 192k mi. After 5 mins., van starts to buck / lucrch forward, after a lot of slow, sto & go driving, REALLY bucks. When I open it up on highway w/ pedal to floor, seems ok for a while. Put in new MAP sensor, changed tranny fluid. Mechanic says no problem with other sensors, tranny is just going out. (Term used was, "trailering".) Says nothing can be done. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! |

A friend of mines car did something like that. I dont remember what it was off hand. But you can try changing the tranny fluid and filter to see if it helps any.
