id swap. actually thats what im doing. my complete ls vtec cost me like 4500. of well. i hope its fast as hell or im gonna get pissed

I have a gsr swap with bolt ons and clutch, and I still get toasted by my friend's boosted 4th gen civic with only an exhaust.

So it looks like I'm going to keep my current engine, get a turbo kit, and build up my motor. Hopefully I can get a good deal locally.

Well that's what I've decided on for the time being. My opinion might change later. I need to check out local places and get quotes on how much it would cost to build up my motor, and I might as well ask how much it would cost to have a swap put in, just so I know.
