Re: 01 accord w/ wheel noise

Hi,

My 1999 Acord has exactly the same symptoms as yours and I can't find the root cause. Have you solved yours? Many opinions point to wheel bearing but I'm not convinced since there is no loose sideways play of the wheel when I lifted the car.

Thanks.

I would say bad wheel bearing or brakes worn(rubbing metal to metal or wear indicator is rubbing)

You are right.
It was the front-right wheel bearing.
After replacing it, the noise is completely gone.
I spent $50 for parts and $300 for labor.
