New To The Club

Sup everyone. Im new to the forum. I bought a 95 Eclipse GS-T about a year ago from a old man for $1000 that had the dreaded CrankWalk problem I've heard so much about. I just got the car back out the shop friday with a brand new engine and clutch, flywheel and clutch kit.I'm excited to get envoled with all yall and hope to help anyone I can. PCE

P.S. as soon as i get a pic of my car i'll upload it and post it.

Re: New To The Club

Welcome... did you rebuild a 95 motor, or the crankwalk-less 90-92 6 bolt?

Re: New To The Club

Those are damn expensive, but it's not like you spent too much in the first place.

Re: New To The Club

Yea,they have a good reputaion and really the only place around here that would mess with my car. I love in Louisiana(not known for the Import seen) lol. I was the first to start fixing up an import around here I had a 93 Honda Accord 4dr 4cyl auto. about 8yrs ago.I had to put a 2"3/4 exhaust with a FLOWMASTER exhaust on it. I had headers, pullys home made coldair intake cam and a few other mods including 100shot NOS. It ran 14.9 in 1/4. but I sold it and bought a Truck and missed the car. So i sold the truck and bought this.
