programable ecu system

i'm having trouble managing my engine now that i've changed my internals. i was interested in gettin a programable ecu, like the E-manage system from greddy. i'd like to be able to fine tune my car on my computer. if anyone knows more about these systems, prices and how makes them let me know.

There is a good system called hondata...and I think aem has developed one too.

first off whats exactly was done with the car? and what makes you believe its causing and inability to control the car's functions. just by knowing what is done and what is wrong can potentially save you a couple grand. it may be that all you need is an air fuel controller or you may need a full blown stand alone. give us the rundown and i'll get back to you.
