Fuel Pump Resistor Location

My Brother Has A 97 Gp That Was Wrecked, It Ran Fine For A Couple Days, then It Just Died,it Turns Over But Wont Start, also There Is No Fuel Pressure At The Schraeder Port, Could It Possibly Be Coincidental That The Fuel Pump Went Out?i Think We Will Start By Checking The Resistor,if I Knew Where It Was ,any Help Would Greatly Be Appreciated Thanks

Re: Fuel Pump Resistor Location

Yeah I talked to a guy (and Hes knows Grand prixs like the back of his hand) but anyways i asked him what this little black box thing was on my firewall he said it was that resistor thing you are talking about. I asked him questions about it and he said that they moved those to that spot. That year the resistor was under the battery or something.and when the batterys would go bad some would really go bad and mess things up. Im not possitive where it at but this guy knows his Grand prixs. check there or email and ask the Grandprixstore.com they sell them on that site (underthehood)
