Question Is this Epoxy Putty good?

Hi guys have any of you heard of this brand's Epoxy Putty: Citadel Modeling Putty (Green Stuff)? It comes in two strips of yellow and blue. If you have used it before, is it good?

Thanks
Bryan

OMG GREEN STUFF! Me having been a big Warhammer geek, this stuff was the holy grail for me. unfortunately I never got to use it on my models, but some of the work I've seen people do with it is awsome...

I can only suggest to try it out. from what i've heard/seen, it appears to be very good modelling putty.

So, what putty do you use on your models if you dont use this?

Regards
Bryan

Generally, epoxy putty is used for modification. You can form the basic shape with your fingers, and it doesn't shrink. If that's what you are going to do, it seems a good product.
If you want to fill the gap, you only need super glue or hobby putty, like Tamiya, Squadron, Testor etc.

btw: HLJ sent off my order, but some of the items aren't on it. will i have to pay for shipping twice? I hope not, considering their policy is that they wait until all items are in stock before they ship it. so now im missing half my abrassive paper

At my LHS milliput is always in stock. how much is yours there? Mines US$5.5.
BTW: anyone here knows if Milliput is bad for your health? I heard that it causes cancer

Don't know about the cancer thing but, I've tried Milliput and hated it. Not sure if its me or just that the product is crap - but it wasn't easy to mold anything! I've tried Tamiya quick type and its so much better. Of course, you don't get as much of it as in Milliput - but, I prefer it.

milliput is crumbly as hell, it's not really meant for modelling i don;t think, it's mroe of a DIY kinda product. Green stuff is ok, strong as hell.

Re: Is this Epoxy Putty good?

I used to use the Citadel Green Stuff back when I was big into Warhammer myself. I've never used it when it comes to model cars, but it worked great on the miatures.
