I'm about to buy a 1st gen. What can I look foward to?
Gentleman,
Pardon my ignorance. I'm about to purchase a single owner 1985 gs w\ 104,000 on the o.d. After reading some of the current posts I have learned a great deal about 3rd gen vehicles but not much on 1st gen. Is it to be expected that the engine will let go at anytime, as it has gone past the 80,000 mark, or is this only common with Turbo editions. What is a good price to pay? The car is in A1 condition. |

1985? that really rare car, Ill jump on that deal
 anyway, 1Gs are 89-94,2G 95-99, 3G 2000+

Eclipse Owners
Disregard the question as this newbie posted in the wrong forum. I suppose an 85 eclipse would be a rare edition if they didn't make them then. The question was regarding an 85 Mazda RX7 my bad. |
