1998 Trans Sport blower speed and power lock

My heater/AC blower in my 1998 Trans Sport works only on 1, 2, and 3 and sometimes not at all until I find the sweet spot so I changed the resistor pack but no difference. I switched around the power window circuit breaker with the high speed blower relay breaker and the window works with the switched breaker and was working before.
There is mention of the blower relay with other things in one of the mini relays in the engine compartment fuse box. Can one function of the relay malfunction or is it all inclusive? Another option is the blower control switch. How hard to replace this?
Another thing is the power lock on the doors. I can't lock the doors by using the switch but when I engage the gear in drive it locks. I can use it to unlock or unlocks when I put it in Park. Have to lock using the key.
Any suggestions?
