Usually, but can slip and slide on occasion. |

Traction/ABS in Winter
Hey, so I'll be getting a 2003 Pontiac Vibe (Base) later this week. I know that it doesn't have the optional ABS or Traction Control. I've heard rumors of poor traction in snowy/icy conditions. Living in Buffalo, NY during the winter months it's hard to go passed a single intersection without seeing an accident. I've even had a friend refer to it as a "sled on wheels." Is the Vibe known for sliding or having poor traction?
Thanks, Doug |
