Hardware repair of the Renault Scenic 2004 1.6 board questions

Hi there.
I have computer service and in the service came one known client, who needs repair of the main panel. He told me about some clips in internet but said that they are on french and russian which i really dont understand.
He told me about 3 things:
1 transistor which i have already unmount F3710s
One resistance which he has showed me on the board
And one element with maybe 8 pins.

Can you tell me which things i should replace - the number of the element and its parameters.

This is one try. If i fix it it`s good for me and for my man.
