Re: SERIOUSLY OT: Calling all chicks! IT'S PART 6!!

My current daily driver Civic is giving me a bad stutter under load, but I haven't been able to track down the problem. No trouble codes yet, and I've tried a bunch of different things that haven't worked.... kind of suspect fuel quality, but I'm too lazy to pump the tank, and probably won't worry about it anymore until it leaves me stranded or I get a check engine light.

Once this whole shelter-in-place bs is over, I'm probably going to start building a paraglider.

Re: SERIOUSLY OT: Calling all chicks! IT'S PART 6!!

My little "red rocket", as it was referred to by it's previous owner, requires sticking a screwdriver down the throttle every so often to get it started. Took me a bit to figure that one out. I'm not chasing it, not for a B2, I'll just do it when I have to until I swap it or it just gives out.

Re: SERIOUSLY OT: Calling all chicks! IT'S PART 6!!

Well, I now have a check engine light, a trouble code for MAP sensor, and raw fuel coming out of the tail pipe. All good news.

You'd think with enough fuel to be coming out of the exhaust that you wouldn't even be able to start it. Whatever is causing the MAP sensor to throw a code is causing it to dump the fuel.

Did you get the sensor wet?
