1993 Lincoln Town Car J.N. signature problems

Well, a few things happened to be wrong with my car. It sat for a month or so, and the compressor seized up, the starter had to be replaced and I apparently needed a new ignition switch as well.

Well, I got my car back, and now it does some odd stuff. The high beams will come on by themselves whenever my head lights are turned on unless I have the dim switch at max. None of my windows roll down, I figure there's no current going to them because the sound of the motor isn't there. The moon roof does not work either. And on top of this, my horn doesn't work.

Talk about a bunch of hacks at the auto shop. A lot of body damage was done to my beauty while it was there, but I can't prove any of it. Can anyone maybe diagnose what is wrong with what broken information I can give? My boss told me there's a good chance there's a problem with the ignition switch and/or the wiring from it.

Thanks in advance
