Adding factory fog lights to '18 Civic SE

How big a job would it be to add a set of the Honda factory fog/driving lights to a car otherwise not outfitted with them? Is the wiring harness for these cars already in place for the addition of factory accessories like fog lights? Many manufacturers will make 1 wiring harness for certain models rather than multiple ones and just omit certain options along the assembly line so I'm wondering if the pigtails would be in place now if I want to add lights.I found a kit online with the 2 bezels and lights for the front end and switch.Is it worth the aggravation to add driving lights to the car?
