Serioulsy though... REAL sushi isn't necessarily raw. Although the raw stuff is good too, and it's not like they slap a chunk of still breathing fish in front of you. I don't like Eel, got a nasty flavor to it and so does the seaweed wrap. If you get a decent sushi chef, you'd see...
